Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $149 that ship within Canada and to the USA. We ship within Canada and the Continental USA. 

However, if you require shipping to a different location, please inquire and we'll provide you with a quote and ship time estimate. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to import and customs fees upon arrival to the destination country. Mind Your Mark Studio is not responsible for any import or customs fees. Additionally, Mind Your Mark Studio has no control over delays in shipping to international locations if items are held in customs. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders take longer to create and deliver. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 10 days of your purchase and have your item(s) shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note: Custom orders are final, unless damaged or defective. Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations, however, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation request for orders that have not yet shipped. Please contact us asap upon purchase to see if we are able to process your cancellation request.
